Family Vacation Activities Contest

Plan to stay active over the holidays.  Here are seven challenges for your family.  Turn in a sheet stating the challenges you completed and you could be the " Vacation activity winner"!   I will put your name in for a drawing to win a Sports Package.

Activity 1.  Snowball fight  ( no ice please)

Activity 2.  Winter Wonderland Walk  40 min.     ( enjoy the Christmas  lights )

Activity 3.  Go sledding  ( up and down the hill, oh my! )

Activity 4.  Get a group of people and play Simon Says,  it was too cold today.

Activity 5.  Gather up the family and make an obstacle course.  (jump the sled, around the snowman, throw snowball to target...you get the picture)

Activity 6.  Shovel your driveway, or your neighbors driveway.  (dress warm, and take breaks )

Activity 7.  Scavenger Hunt    (Divide into two teams.  Make a list of 20 winter items and race to see which team can gather them first! This is an outside activity; do not go door-to-door)

All activities are at your own risk.  Be safe.  Good Luck!

Here are pictures of some kindergarten, first, and second graders being active with a good old  fashioned snowball fight.  They also wish you a Merry Christmas!
